Los de Xaque son chinos labradores que andan vestidos de esta manera y no pagan ningún tributo al rey porque no andan en tratos ni contratos sino sólo atienen a vivir de su trabajo en el campo.

English Translation
The She people are Chinese laborers who dress in the way depicted here. And they do not pay taxes to the Emperor because they have no agreements or contracts; they live exclusively by their labor in the fields.
